You’ve seen the ombré dip-dye trend grace the latest fashions, but did you also know that this hot trend is now making its way to nails, too? The best part is that it’s one of the easiest nail art looks to create and wear. To get the look for spring, experiment with pretty pastels.
Here’s how to get the look shown here:
1. Apply a base colour. We used Nailwear Pro+ Nail Enamel in shade Vintage Blue.
2. Generously apply your contrasting ombré shade onto a thick piece of paper or cardboard. We used shade Honeydew Dazzle.
3. Using Avon’s Nailart Sponge, dip the corner of the sponge into the ombré shade that you’ve applied onto the paper or cardboard.
4. Dab the sponge directly onto the nail, and continue lightly layering from tip to end with the darkest layer at the top.
